The Republicans in the House are relentless. Today, they are voting for the 33rd time to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and replace it with nothing at all.

Nothing at all to provide insurance coverage to millions of working Americans going without coverage. Nothing to protect the 17 million children who now have insurance after they had been denied coverage because of “pre-existing conditions.” Nothing to stop women from being charged more than men for the same coverage.

House Republicans are determined to take our country backwards and repeal the progress we have already made toward affordable health care for all Americans. Will you help me fight to protect affordable health care and move our country forward with a contribution of $5, $10 or $25 today?

Congress has voted to repeal this law before, but even the Supreme Court has said it is constitutional. But if they won’t quit, neither will we. The Affordable Care Act is not perfect but it does a lot of good for so many families.

I will not give up on working to make health care affordable for all Americans. Will you stand with me by contributing $5, $10 or $25 today?

Sincerely,
Kyrsten

P.S. 17 million children with “pre-existing conditions” have health insurance today because of the Affordable Care Act. We can’t let Congress take that away from them. Will you stand with me by contributing $5, $10 or $25 today?
