Kyrsten Sinema comes from a military family. Her commitment to our veterans is personal.

Kyrsten Sinema is fighting to get our men in women in uniform what they need to succeed — both on the battlefield and when they return home. That’s why she voted for military budgets which included billions for combat operations. She also voted for $40 million in increased funding for Luke Air Force Base as part of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act.

Kyrsten Sinema fought to get our troops their “highest pay raise in nine years,” and she cosponsored the VA MISSION Act (signed into law in June 2018) to help ensure Arizona veterans have access to high-quality health care where and when they need it.

When the Phoenix VA scandal broke, Kyrsten stepped in to demand a change in leadership, more medical personnel, and more clinic space to ensure our veterans get the care they deserve.
